Each building consists of two semidetached villas separated with pergolas.

Each villa is separated to a Master Bedroom on the 1st floor and a Junior Suite on the ground floor. Each one has the name of a village, beach or location on Kythera island and all of them have breathtaking sea view.

Maisonette ( 9 units )

With (in) a surface area of 70 sq.m. our family sea-view maisonettes provide a comfortable and functional accommodation area for a family of 4-6, or for two couples and 1-2 children . A balcony is overlooking Paleopoli beach and the terrace provides a cozy sitting area for morning breakfast. A private pergola is the right spot for breakfast and lunch under the shadow of the canopy. Every room is ventilated (energy conscious approach – with A class outdoors solid insulation) and includes an energy saving card system adapted to your room key.  
Ideal for families. The rooms have a queen-size bed (upon request) – or two single beds. Each Maisonette has a living room with a comfortable sofa (can unfold to a double bed), a kitchenette for hot coffee and light cooking, an energy class A refrigerator for cold drinks. Each room includes a closet, toilet with a mirror and stool and a bathroom with a shower. 
All rooms feature a safe, television and access to the internet WiFi.

Master Top Rooms ( 10 rooms )

With a surface area of 30 sq.m. our sea-view rooms provide a comfortable and functional accommodation area for two people or a couple. A balcony is overlooking Avlemonas village by the sea and the terrace provides a cozy sitting area for morning breakfast. Every room is ventilated (energy conscious approach – with A class outdoors solid insulation) and includes an energy saving card system adapted to your room key.  

Ideal for couples. The rooms have a queen size bed – or two single beds (upon request). Each Top bedroom has a minibar, for cold drinks. The room includes a spacious closet, toilet with a mirror and stool and a bathroom with a shower.

Junior Suits ( 9 units )

With a surface area of 40 sq.m. our family sea-view Junior Suits provide a comfortable and functional accommodation area for a family with 1-2 children . The terrace is overlooking Paleopoli beach next to the large swimming pool. The private pergola is the right spot for breakfast and lunch under the shadow of the canopy.
